Payment Terms
Node Zero accepts American Express, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Delta, JCB, Switch, Solo, cheques drawn on UK banks, Bank Transfer and Postal Orders as payment for your purchase. All orders and payments are processed by PAYPAL. Your credit or debit card, if used as payment, will not be charged until the order is ready for dispatch. If payment is by cheque, goods will be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared. Please make cheques and Postal Orders payable to "Node Zero Ltd" and allow up to 5 working days from receipt of cheque for it to clear.
Due to the level of credit card frauds, please note that all credit card orders will be subject to additional checks for fraudulent transactions.

Prices quoted on the website are in British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT except otherwise stated. All financial transactions are carried out in British Pounds.

We can only accept orders while supplies last, errors and omissions excepted. Node Zero reserves the right to limit quantities of any particular item offered for sale.
Once your order is placed
You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment within one working day to confirm that we have received your order. The message will contain the details of your order, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card (where appropriate), including tax, delivery and handling. The order will be subject to validation before acceptance and processing.
Delivery
Orders that are £200 or over, inclusive of VAT, will be delivered free of delivery charge to UK addresses. Orders under that amount will be charged a fixed £7.66 + VAT postage and packing (£9 inclusive of VAT). UK orders are normally dispatched via DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working-day delivery. International orders will be dispatched by the customer's preferred choice of carrier and the delivery is charged at cost.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order during the period beginning on the date you placed your order and ending on the date 14 days after the date on which you receive the item(s) comprising your order. Your right to cancel means that if, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within this period to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order before the item(s) have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within 30 days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order after the item(s) have been despatched to you we will give you a full refund, excluding postage and packing charges, within 30 days of your having returned (at your cost) the item(s) to us in an unused re-saleable condition.
Each item is sold by us with 12 calendar month's limited warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects and workmanship, providing the item has not been misused, disassembled or otherwise altered. All other warranties in respect of the items sold by us, whether expressed or implied, are excluded to fullest extent permitted by law. Any faulty item should be returned to us for replacement or a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Any refund in relation to a credit card order will be in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
These terms and conditions are not intended to prejudice your statutory rights and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
